Digital Roots Agency provides digital marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, content strategy, and related consulting services (“Services”) as outlined in proposals, invoices, or written communications.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in writing and may vary by client engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis
• Engagements automatically renew each month
• Services continue until properly canceled in accordance with these Terms

There is no minimum long-term commitment unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.

• Notice must be submitted via email or other written communication
• Services and billing will continue during the notice period
• Failure to provide proper notice will result in billing for the subsequent cycle

No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

• All payments are processed through our website or designated third-party payment processors
• By purchasing services, you authorize recurring charges using the payment method provided
   

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated
• Payment dates align with the original service start date
   

All payments are non-refundable, including:

• Partial months
• Unused services
• Early termination
• Strategy or consulting work already performed
   

If payment fails or is declined:

• Services may be paused immediately
• Access to deliverables may be suspended
• Continued non-payment may result in termination

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Services are limited to the scope outlined in written agreements or proposals.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require:

• Additional fees
• Revised timelines
• A separate agreement

Digital Roots Agency is not responsible for outcomes beyond the agreed scope.

While we use industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or AI inclusion.

Search algorithms, platforms, and AI systems are outside our control, and results may vary.

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to required assets and information
• Respond to requests in a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain ownership or authorization over provided content

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines or performance.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital Roots Agency retains ownership of internal frameworks, methodologies, and processes
• Clients retain ownership of their original content
• Work products may not be resold, transferred, or reused without permission
   

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information shared during the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Digital Roots Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the prior thirty (30) days
   

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Unlawful or abusive behavior

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
